And those that we consider that they are in the top 5, but it is only our opinion, are the following. Don’t be shy, tell us your favorite dance movie.

  1. Cabaret, 1966.

It is a film with Liza Minnelli as an adaptation of the musical with the same name, which is based on the novel Goodbye Berlin of 1939 and the play I Am a Camara of 1951 inspired by that book. A love story in full political height of the Nazis. A criticism of the society of the time and a musical that unlike most is not based on a happy story.

  1. Flashdance, 1983.

One of the highest grossing films of the 80s, and considered a classic of the time. For their music, for their dances, and because when “What a feeling” sounds, you cannot jump out of the chair and start dancing.

  1. Grease, 1978.

Starring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, is a love story born on holidays, they say goodbye because they don’t think they will ever meet again. Love stories and love dramas, that at the end they solve dancing and singing. Who has not ever danced to the rhythm of Grease Lightnin or We go togheter? A classic!

  1. Mary Poppins, 1964

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocius! Who does not remember that? A classic in the musical genre, but also, as travelers we love the magic bag of Mary Poppins. How easy it would be to travel with a backpack in which everything would enter, it would be fantastic!!! That’s why we consider her among the best, for her songs, her dances and her bag!

  1. Dirty Dancing, 1987

A classic of the 80s, we love it. If you think of a dance movie, you think of Dirty Dancing. Who has not tried the final jump? Or learn all their dances? In addition, it represents us, is the clear example of enjoying dancing on holidays, although to the disgust of our followers, we don’t have a Patrick Swayze in the team … for now!
